If Gavvy Cravath does not have a card, he needs to have one right away on either his 1913 or 1915 seasons. I would give all my Perfect Points for a Gavvy Cravath card.
He is definitely in the game.

Ty Cobb - where is this card???
Jim Northrup, Top WAR season - Where is this card???
Ivan Rodriguez, Unsung Heroes at C - Where is this card???

I grew up in Detroit and would love to see them release some of these cards. I have few I'd like to see myself.

I have a 1984 Unsung Heroes Dan Petry who scores a 66 and pretty much loses every time I activate him off the bench! I can't seem to part with him though... Same for my One Hit Wonder Fidrych 69... He gives up 5+ runs every start.

As pictured above, he is in the game. Although you might want to amp your PP with your credit card before you can get your hands on one of those.

I'd be happy with just more Baltimore Orioles cards. One of my teams is all Orioles and I have now have every pitcher I've ever seen in the auction house. The have 3 SP (Palmer, Mussina, Garland) that are 80+ but after that it gets tough.

...and I count Browns players. So because of that I have Bobo Newsom (who is a 69) and then I'm stuck with Jeff Ballard/Alex Cobb/Dylan Bundy. It's been rough. I went 80-82 in my first year and headed towards same fate this year.

You'd think a franchise with so much great SP would have more historical options. I'm begging you! My manager Earl Weaver is also begging.

Dave McNally, Mike Cuellar, Milt Pappas, Pat Dobson, Steve Barber... lots of good options... I haven't seen any of those.

Who knows how many "missing" cards are still in the pipeline for the upcoming new content. On the last PT stream Kris Jardine said something like about four more (small) sets of cards coming to the game in the coming weeks.

A few random ideas, with some bias towards the Yankees since that's where my allegiance lies. Also it turns out it's very hard to think of guys to implement outside of historical all stars.

Top WAR - Home Run Baker, 1912 (PHA)
One-Hit Wonder - Bill James, 1914 (BSN)
Historical All Star - Juan Gonzalez, 1993 (TEX)
Historical All Star - Paul O'Neill, 1994 (NYY)
Top WAR - Larry Walker, 1997 (COL)
Historical All Star - Kevin Brown, 1998 (SDP)
Historical All Star - Rafael Palmeiro, 1998 (BAL)
Historical All Star - Jason Giambi, 2001 (OAK)
Historical All Star - Alfonso Soriano, 2002 (NYY)
Historical All Star - Hideki Matsui, 2004 (NYY)
Historical All Star - Miguel Tejada, 2004 (BAL)
Historical All Star - Mark Teixeira, 2005 (TEX)
Historical All Star - Ryan Howard, 2006 (PHI)
Historical All Star - Jason Varitek, 2005 (BOS)
Historical All Star - Chase Utley, 2008, (PHI)

To be blunt, I don't care who is added as much as how many are added. When the next edition of the game comes out I hope there is a substantial increase in available player cards. In fact a consistent increase in players should be one of the primary reasons to continue to purchase the game. At a consistent increase of say a hundred new player cards per year the game content will continue to get richer with new and interesting players from all eras.

yep... more variety keeps it more interesting... so be sure to use the player request site and send in any ideas... never know how fast they'll get added in (just had one of my requests added in this past Monday )

Where is the player request site? I poked around on the forums and did a little googling and haven't come across it.
