I'm rooting for a Cubs/Indians series. Seems like a good year for someone to get the monkey off their back.

Cubs Country was already overexposed when they stunk. Can you imagine what they are going to be like if they win the WS?

I'm pulling for Jays vs Nats.

Interesting that last night the TBS crew used "Toronto loud" as a way to describe the noise in Cleveland. Do we have a new standard?

It's an apropos description. Everyone from Canada is a loud mouth.

It seems different to me but maybe I'm biased.

heh... not saying I think Toronto is going to blow it this year and drop the next three, but figured I'd throw out a small lifeline

Yeah, Odor hits the GWHR in Game 5, and Baustista punches him.

The media will be worse if they don't win. I'm a fan but I can't wait for them to win so the media can stop bringing up Goats, 1908, and Steve Bartman. Until they win it won't stop.

Messed up recording the Cubs game. No clue what happened. Hoping to go hang out in Wrigleyville tonight with my nephew.

If you asked 100 Texas Ranger fans if they would rather win a World Series or watch that silly video of Nolan Ryan punching Robin Ventura or Odor punching Jose Bautista, how many do you think would choose the World Series? I'm guessing 4 and of those, 3 are probably fibbing just to be different.

You must know what happened by now. Unless you have stepped into a vacuum.

I had a team go to the playoffs and had my 2 aces get back-to-back shutout wins at home… Just to lose the next 3 games. Same situation as last season but, of course anything can happen.

That's a horrible overturn on Baez and baseball needs to fix it. If a player beats the tag, it shouldn't matter if he loses contact for a split second while finishing the process of the slide.

I'm okay with the overturn honestly as long as it doesn't lead to guys trying to push each other off the base. Players need to learn to hold the bag. My biggest issue is Baez not running out the play thinking he hit a homerun. Run hard out of the box and there is nothing to overturn at second.

If a runner is tagged & is off the base he is out. Period. Nothing needs to change. We don't need umps making calls because the player was safeish or outish.

Are TBS analysts just stupid or lazy? I just heard Michael Saunders called a "dead pull" hitter. My wife looked at me and said, "are they nuts"?

Look I understand they have to cross the border and all that crap but do they really not care about preparation, research and professionalism. Michael Saunders has never been a dead pull hitter.
