Post-Deadline Roster Update/ Quickstart
I just want to make sure I have it right - you can only play with the post-deadline rosters in Quickstart mode, yes?
Is there anything I'm missing in Quickstart that I'd otherwise have in a Custom game or Standard game? Will Quickstart cut off after a certain number of years? I'm a newbie, so I'm not really understanding the nuances in the game modes. |

I've been playing for about 3-4-5 years now haha, and I still don't understand if there's any major differences between quickstart and standard and custom... but from what I've heard... the only difference between quickstart and standard is quickstart comes with the different leagues like Japanese league,etc.. and standard you can choose which ones you want. |

All Star Starter

The post-deadline version is a Quick Start because it was created by someone, and in order to share what they did with others, they had to make it a Quick Start. They didn't have to include all the leagues around the world, but they did -- However, you could delete those leagues, if you want.
There's no limitation to the # of seasons you can play in a Quick Start -- It functions the same way as any other OOTP league. |
