Comp pick issue with online league

Not sure if this is the right board to post this...

I failed to sign my 1st and 2nd round picks in my online league last year and the supp picks are not appearing on the draft order page. I got the message saying that I will be receiving these two picks after failing to sign them, but they aren't listed anywhere. Another team also failed to sign his 1st, but his pick is listed. We're getting ready to draft and I want to make sure that I don't lose this pick. What can be done by the commissioner to make sure that my team gets these picks?

Are these picks just from last season or are they comp from previous seasons that have not been signed more than once?

Did you lose them signing FAs?
I have not seen this before, we have had a lot of draft order problems but not one this specific.
Does another team have them?

Yes - there were supposed to be 2 picks, mine and another team. The other team got theirs and I did not get mine. It was a player that was drafted but not signed and this league does not have FA compensation.

Is there a way to manually change the draft order? That will probably work?

Yes, on draft day you can manually change the draft order. You cannot add or remove picks. The only time there is a problem you cannot overrule is when there are too few picks.
