Is anyone using Win Shares & HOF Measurements for OOTP 10?
I get this error: "couldn't find file 'System.mdw'. This file is required for startup." I didn't see any comments in the forum. Thanks.

Disregard, I now realize this was an error related to the execution of Access itself. I got around it by opening Access first and then browsing to the Win Shares file (instead of double clicking on the file). That worked.
Thanks.

Re: Parks Import for OOTP10
I think that almost every stadium has flawed ballpark factors, though some are better than others. A 6 year avg of espn's park factors = i don't think just averaging each years BPF is the best method to show my point, but it was easiest. Still I'm almost positive that by just copying these numbers that it would be better (more realistic) than the ones that came with whats imported. That said i have run 0 simulations to back that up. besides that the import is great just for the field pictures. the dimenensions are cool too although dimensions are just cosmetic says manual and the ballpark factors are everything... so thats why i'm posting, having perfect field dimensions and using incredibly short sample sized park factors (if that's even how you guys got the numbers) doesn't make sense. Exitonly, if you want to take this to the next logical step and create a modified stadium pack with improved ballpark factors, I'm sure the OOTP community would greatly appreciate it. And I'll be happy to host!

In our league one of the teams is using the Hawaii winter league teams as thier minor league affiliates.
I have all the logos for that league if you are interested. I was not able to edit them fully to 150 x 150 but they are close and still look pretty good in-game. http://boy.allsimbaseball4.com/game/...ter league.zip |

Hey Padresfan, I wanted to know if you could host some of my work on your site. I have a ton of uni's from MLB and Milb with some fictional and Italian League Baseball and I have more on the way. I don't know the best way to send it to you, but you can check out my post. Thanks.

I'm finally venturing into a fictional league after several tries and I have a couple questions. If I want custom logos and unis, would it just be better to rename my teams after logos and unis that have already been created? If so, what's the best mod for fictional logos/unis?

If you are not too bothered about Team names, then yes. Create your teams around existing logos/unis. Most of the best sets can be found via Padresfan's website. Either that or follow the links in people's sigs. Most major creators of logos/unis are within this forum. But one of the best things about creating your own league is the Teams and then building everything around that (nicknames,sadiums,logos...etc). Good Luck |

Hey, PadresFan... I'm wondering if you can host one of the quick game saves by ryan008. He has a quick game template that includes all college division 1 teams and 80 high school feeder leagues. The file is too big to just send me so he is looking for a kind hoster. I'm just wondering if you could please help us out and I think a lot of people would be interested in something like that.
Here's his thread link: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...blue-jays.html |
