RFAs leaving for KHL
So in 2 straight offseasons I've seen young players who are qualified by their current team leave for the KHL for almost no money. Dylan Larkin, Jesse Puljujarvi, and Tomas Hertl all left for the KHL on July 5th for 2 year, 660k contracts.
Obviously in real life these players wouldn't even consider leaving the NHL, and if they did it would be for much more money. I feel like its taking away some realism as well as diminishing the amount of talent in the NHL Is there some way to prevent players from going to the KHL? As of right now I'm just going into commissioner mode and editing them back to their original teams with whatever contract they were asking for, but with the way it is right now it's basically impossible to qualify an RFA and let them leave for compensation because after a few days of free agency they just leave for the KHL |

It's not limited to KHL either. I had a RFA I offered a qualifying offer to and he ended up signing a 2 year contract in Sweden for less than half of the qualifying offer. I felt that was very weird.
