Update Facegen issues?

Anybody noticing any issues with updated facegen? I hit update/force update or generate new pictures and I can't get an updated facegen. Players who have moved in free agency or trades or moved up from the minors still have the old uniforms and hats on.

Any suggestions? Maybe I'm hitting the wrong button(s).

If you have update checked, it's rare that you should ever have to update them. A good work around is reload teh uniform and the players will all update. I occasionally lose the fg or photo for some players when playing out a game. When I update the uniform it fixes that also.

yes, the setting of "Always if needed" was always set that way. I browse around and I can always find players with wrong uniforms on if they have been traded or moved via FA.
