league stealling license

ok i got contacted by this commish of this league that i will mention below, he ask me if i wanted to join his league he gave me the url for it i check it and look interesting so i approve to join. he ask me to pick a team. so i did he ask my if i use oopt5 i said yes, he ask me for my license to gain the 12 you need to get to the server for oopt.

so i gave my license like thousand of us did in the past /.///

he said he will get bck to me for more info .. nothing came back,
so i contact him via icq not answer via 1 email still no answer,
so i did one more time but still not a answer.

so if anyone on get contacted by him please refuse him i don't beleive in cheater and stealing

Check your e-license information. If your 2nd one is being used, I'd report the SOB for theft and fraud.

I just reported him to his host. Hopefully, they can cancel his account as he is using it to commit fraud.

The same thing happened to me, for a league I just joined. He needed it for ootp to be our webpage's server. I don't think he's stealing licenses...

Big DuVall, he didn’t steal your license because he let you into his league. It’s a trade. Merlin made a trade but never got what he paid for.

We had another report of this individual (mfitterer/mlb2) trying to acquire licenses, after saying that he gave all of his away and now didn't have one after computer problems. He also claimed that everyone in his league had "shared" all of their licenses.

We are aware of the situation, and this second report of his actions closely matches the earlier report.

Please read the new policy and DO NOT give your license ID to anyone... even a league commissioner.

u guys have a huge mistake on your hands here, u see this all started when my web host had problems with something, so the site was shut down temporarily for about a week. Then I started asking for order ids from all of the league owners. The owners that I couldnt get through to over the whole week the site was shut down were being replaced and still are. This guy that supposedly complained to me about me stealing his license is in my league, the problem was that I couldnt change anything on the site or do anything because I had no computer with icq or aim on it because it got reinstalled because of a virus. So the firings and hirings were made, and they were looking on the site to see if they had been put on the league owners page but they werent because I couldnt access my ftp for the site. I had tried to get ids for exchange with a spot in my league because of the recent problems I had had with the web host. I still only have gained 8 licenses and do not plan on doing anything with them since the web host problem has since been fixed. If you have any more questions about this please respond and I will gladly clear up this issue.
