Buy Now or Wait?

Would everyone who has the game already advise me to wait for a few more patches to come out or is it pretty much ready to play now?

I dont think you should probably go ahead and get it. I dont think there is anything to keep you from enjoying the game. Its not like Markus would make us wait 6 months if it was something wrong with the game. Which i dont think ive ever seen and i started with ootp2.
Of course it depends on how you plan to play the game.

Go ahead and buy it any time. There's no reason to wait. The game is fully playable, save for a couple of patch specific improvements. You'll enjoy it.

Buy it now, because even if some of the bugs directly impact your personalized league experience, there's value to learning the new interface and what settings/menu locations suit you best before the patched version that you really want to run with comes out. Maybe everything you happen to care about is already fine, but even if it isn't, it's still worth buying.
