Corrected Hong Kong cities

Okay, this all came from a thread in Technical Support http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=145138 where Hong Kong was not being recognized as an incorporated city, because it is not in the data. Then after finding the Hong Kong cities/districts in the cities.txt these are using the Mandarin transliterations of the names, which is not used in Hong Kong itself. source - http://bbs.keyhole.com/ubb/showflat....77/Main/163065

So here is the corrected list of Hong Kong cities, with Hong Kong and Macau added if you want them as well. You'll have to search for the cities in the cities.txt and delete those.
I didn't know what source is used for the population data, so I used Wikipedia census records. If it is different in the data used for everywhere else, then let me know and I'll update it.
