From what I've seen I have to nominate the OOL. That is very clean and professional looking.

of course it is! It's the official league!

Don't all my half-naked women count for anything?

If you nominate the OOL, then you have to nominate about 10 more leagues simply because they copied the OOL's design.

What I meant by that is that some color combinations don't work well. With a black background, if you use too dark a color (which some were) they are hard to read and some colors like Blue tend to vibrate making them hard to read. There is a website called "Websites that suck" that talk about the do's and don'ts of web site design. They also had a nice color contrast machine that let you see every variation of text color with the background color of your choice. Some good stuff there. Good luck with your league

IMO we are best off abandoning that sinking ship that is Off Topic to the rats infesting it and just starting a whole new Baseball Forum from scratch.

They count for something only when they are not overexposed, overrated bimbos, the like of which are featured on your page! Laura Prepon?? That "Band Camp" Chick? Carmen Electra?? UGH!
None of those hags could hold a candle to Jennifer Aniston, Salma Hayek, Sarah Michelle Gellar, or Kiana Tom. Erase them all and try again!

First rate. I like the league logo and the league leaders down the left side.

Since you asked...

Sites with pop-up windows are not going to win any "elite" awards. I can understand a little advertisement on the site itself seeing as it's unreasonable to expect all Commissioners to pay for ad-less web sites if they don't qualify for the OOTP web space, but pop-ups just ruin it for me. It's har for me to read the blue on black text and that logo banner is rather...unfortunate.

On the positive side, the player pics are great and your attempt at news stories regarding the upcoming draft are a good touch.

it is extremely poor form to use pictures that are hosted on other sites. you are needlessly chewing bandwidth of other sites every time someone visits your site, and you are prone to get broken images if they change the link to the pic.

you need to host those pictures on your own site - anything less than that is simply sloppy, not elite.

Two links! Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a winner!

And Legend... I was already ignoring your beef with the women on my page... and then I saw Salma Hayek... and just started laughing. Aw, well... to each his own. If you don't like hot women... more for me.

Where's Josh to pipe in about redheads when you need him?

I like the WWBL's site, good job to whoever designed it.

I also like my league's site. it's not as advanced as some other, but I think's it pretty clean.

(In the process of overhauling it though)
