Unicorn score 76-5
The local newspaper had a long article about a 2-0 HS football game, with lots of local coaches saying it wasn't all that rare--the last one around these parts being about ten years ago.
Then I remembered last week's Ohio St win of 76-5. Is that the first and only time a game ended with that score? 5 is relatively rare, and 76 is hard to get, so paring the two seems like it might never have happened before. I found nothing about the rarity of this score, so I can't say.

With how many college games there have been over the years it'd be tough to say, but if you're interested in the topic, SBNation has a really good video where they chart the final score of every NFL game up to the point of the video.

If you were playing squares back in Super Bowl XXI, if you had the odd combination of 0 and 9, you won both halves.
The Broncos led 10-9 at the half and the Giants won 39-20. Sent from my SM-J337VPP using Tapatalk |
