XXI suggestions for OOTP XXI

All pretty minor (and weighted towards fictional play), but would improve the immersion of the game, I think. I had to stretch a little to get 21.

1. The option to better control starting rotation sizes or other pitching characteristics team by team (without humans having to own the team). For example, right now if the AI uses a 4-man rotation, it uses it for ALL AI-controlled teams.

2. The option to set the ratings level for the current league. You can set this for any league, but then it universally applies (e.g. all players in the game are measured against the league you select). I'd like an option to see the major league players measured against the major league, AAA measured against AAA, etc. without having to constantly change the league settings.

3. Anything that continues to add depth and immersion to the PbP and 3D game engine.

4. Anything that better allows us fictional players to create realistic logos, uniforms, and stadia.

5. Anything that makes it easier to evolve the league racially (begin to add players of color and international players over time) without so much work in the world database and names files.

6. An option to force the scheduler to only allow day games for certain stadia (or all stadia if before the lights era).

7. A totals row when filtering players (for example to see total stats for a selected group of players)

8. Anything that speeds up the backup/recovery process when almanacs are involved.

9. Anything that makes it easier to have teams go defunct or--more importantly--have minor leagues change affiliations (team survives, but entire roster moves to a new team)

10. A way to shop players secretly (without impacting their morale)...as I suspect is how most trades are actually discussed IRL

11. An option for human commissioners playing in "god mode" to make substitutions or override AI managers without having to constantly switch the in-game control setting.

12. Anything that better adjusts accomplishments, projections, etc. when playing less than a modern ML schedule (e.g. 100 games v. 162)

13. An option to project player statistics based on the historical trends of the player rather than just simple math (e.g. players who are traditionally hot in the beginning would have their projections adjusted downward) -- in essence a more intelligent projections model

14. A way to sort team statistics

15. Team statistics for all statistics tracked for individuals.

16. Anything that continues to try a squash the AI sign-and-release bug.

17. Putting the pitch speed into the game logs for each pitch (only pitch type and EV is there now).

18. The inclusion of 1st and 3rd base coaches

19. "Locking" pictures on championship teams so that their picture stays as it was when the won the pennant that year.

20. Keeping completed games on the in-game scoreboard.

21. Adjusting the Simulate World to allow for simulation ONLY of the current league. This would allow human managers to play out all games of their entire organization while still allowing the other games in that league to progress in real time (e.g. play only AAA games...play only AA games).
