Buying Points

How do you purchase Perfect Points?
Every time I Try is tells me the shop is not available.
Its says this is because the shop is down or my version is not up to date which it is.

Any help would be great.

Which platform are you running on? Unfortunately we're still working with the Apple Mac store and Origin to get things working on their platforms, so if you're running through either of them, you can't purchase points yet.

can the PP you buy be shared between the three teams your account is allowed?
