Little Big League Baseball is an established league based on Real Modern Day Rosters. We have been running for about 9 months, but have a core group of GM's that have been in leagues together for nearly 2 years. This league was 3.5 months in the making, and we think we have come up with a fun and winning combination! Are you sick of seeing teams in your leagues tank as season for a great draft pick? Or rebuild a perfectly fine team for no real reason? Do you ever think that they should be fired for operating that way? I mean, that is what would happen in real life right?

Well we have introduced the ability for GM's to be fired from their organizations, and sent looking for another team to pick them up (Important Note: Fired GM's don't get forced from the league, just the team they are currently with). We also don't go by a first come first serve basis with teams. What real owner would take the very first applicant to walk through their door? We accept applications through an online survey system we have set up, and in the best wishes for the team, we select the best candidate for each team with a GM Opening. This also means that as of right now, all teams are open to start, and you have a chance to apply for them!

We believe that this will lead to teams trying to be more competitive, since losing alot of games only give the next GM the great draft picks and the farm you built up. But it also allows the league to flow and change over the coarse of a number of seasons in a more realistic way.

If you are an active participant in leagues, with a great attitude, were looking for someone like you. As much as we strive for some realism, we also understand that OOTP is a game that is meant to be enjoyed.

An important note I forgot to mention. We have a core group of 16 GM's that have been in another league for the past year together. We've added 6 others to that group that we have gotten high recommendations from our Core GM's about. And 2 others already from this thread.

So if your doing the math at home, we have 24 GM's already and only 6 spots left! So let me know if your interested. We will be taking people for our waiting list as well when it comes to that.

We are just starting the offseason before the 2015 season! We have 2 open GM positions to fill. The current available teams are Boston, Cincinnati, Chicago (A) and Colorado. All but the White Sox are teams that are set to compete right away.

Please read the first post before asking to join the league. We are unique in that you CAN be fired from your team, and sent looking for a new job, hence the 4 open teams, but 2 open GM positions.

The 2016 offseason has just begun and we are excited to announce that we have 4 openings currently for any interested participants! Our league has a very strong core of GM's and is VERY active in AIM. Read the original post to get a better understanding of the league.

You don't just get handed a team upon joining, you must apply for a few, and you will be offered a job depending upon how your application does against other interested GM's within the league.

Current teams taking applications include
New York Yankees
Boston Red Sox
Texas Rangers
Milwaukee Brewers
Pittsburg Pirates
Colorado Rockies.

We have 2 current GM's who were just fired from their teams, and will be seeking new employment.
