Can't get OOTP10 set-up to open

Hey, guys, I pre-purchased OOTP 10, got my license number, and downloaded OOTP10 setup, but the software won't open. It just locks up my computer (the dreaded hourglass stays on the screen forever & doesn't allow me to do anything except reboot by shutting off the computer.)
So I can't even get to the part where I put in my license number.
Any theories?

I don't know if you've gotten this resolved or not. I also don't know what version of Windows you're using, but I'm going to take an educated guess and say it's probably Vista. If so, you may have to run the setup as an administrator (assuming you have the rights to do so in Windows). Right click on the setup application, then left click on "Run As Administrator".
