Stopping post July 31 trades for player who clear waivers

Is there a way to set your league up so that no trades can be made after July 31, as is currently the case in MLB.
My league still allows trades if the players pass through waivers, and I'd like to get rid of that.

Just turn off option.

With OOTP20 it should be the default not to allow trades after July 31st. There is now a box you can tick to allow the trades if you want.
