Just when I thought I had gotten out...
I have not checked on my teams in six weeks due to real life and losing some interest.
Historical packs came out and I decided a quick way to spend my points would be to buy as many as I could for each of my three teams and the difference would be regular 1,000 PP packs. So on my Golden Lions team I had enough for three historical packs and 5 regular packs. On my third regular pack I pull this Who needs Historical packs? |

I pulled a perfect Pedro from a historical pack and Tatis Jr. from a tournament pack for my Long Lake Dragons.

I also forgot to add. On another of my teams, I pulled a diamond 97 overall Pete Alexander.
Historical packs may not be the best value, but if you are tired of striking out with live players and want a sure thing then they are the way to go. Even the guaranteed gold player will help out most teams. Even more now with tournaments. Hell even some of the bronze and silver players I found useful. I pulled a 1931 Lou Gehrig and I cannot figure out why that card is a gold and not a diamond except for the poor fielding. The game is a run creating machine. |

Has one appeared on the AH yet? What are they going for? I haven't been as active the last week but have a ton of PP and am trying to figure out if i should wait for one or try to pack one.
