Roving Minor League Instuctor

MLB teams have roving instructors, both Pitching and Hitting, why not have the option to have your Pitching \ Hitting coach spend a sim (or more) AAA tutoring the kids, this way they will develop more quickly, some more than others.

I think there needs to be a way to spend more money on minor league development and this could be one way to do that. Agreed.

I like this idea. What if a coach could be skill-specific, i.e a base running coach or a ptiching control specialist to address weakness in a prospects game.
