Missing Card Pack

Playing a New Challenge Mode Career, I won my first game a had multiple First Time Awards, and then a Window opened up giving me a Bonus Perfect Team Card Pack, and go to Perfect Team to play. I did, and no card pack. That's a bummer!

Log out then log back in. Don't know why, but you have to do this each time you get a challenge mode pack.
