Minor thing, but I would love it since I run more than one universe. Would it be possible to have the dates stay where they are in each individual universe instead of carrying the last date through all of them? Once in a while I forget to change it in the auto scheduler and end up with a result 40 years apart.

Also, going back to the board game, when a fighter could perform with either style he was able to impact the CF of his opponent if he was only a Boxer/Slugger. The game doesn't do that and it should.

I for one am hoping that in TB3 there will be the option to create a 100% fictional universe that sets up title holders and histories going back as far as you want. Granted this is a big request..but I'd like to set up a fictional universe and see what happens to play along side a "Real" universe that has fictional fighters pop up in the future as you follow how real fighters progress.

Fog of War?
Should there be an option in TB2014 to hide the conditions, strats, traits, etc. on the Fight Screen? Then you'd have to rely on what you see and read, sort of like being ringside where you rely on what you see and hear, unable to influence the outcome in any way and possibly being totally wrong about the judges' decisions.

also in the simulation mode, if you can hide or block the ratings so if you want to create a fictional universe, you can not now who is who until they reach the ring

Yes. You should have the option to hide everything except cuts, swelling and hands held low.

Don't mention it. The others will be expecting something too.

Hey, Paul. What do you think of something like this for the screen showing the champion at the end of a fight?

I'm no artist (That's my daughter's gift) but I worked up this rough idea for the entrance scene at the beginning of the game. The original looks too clean to be any downtown street I know. [In fact, it looks like some trendy neighbourhood where white collar types patronize the local co-ed health centre. Hmmm. Probably should replace the guy in the straw boater and collar with one of the Bowery Boys or a John Garfield-like hood.]

I would hide everything except what you could see with your own eyes if you were actually at the fight.

But, you know, it would be very nice to have an option where you can turn off the graphics entirely and replace the image of the ring with a picture of an old-time radio. You would rely entirely upon the commentary.
This could be quite fun for historical universes. *Sigh* Sorry, guys. I'm just sitting here on a Saturday night, dreaming about possibilities...

A picture of an old-time radio next to an over-stuffed easy chair. And on the other side of the chair, a table with an ashtray with a pipe in it, and a glass with some ice cubes and an adult beverage...
I imagine that's how my great grandfather enjoyed "the fights" on a cold winter night in Buffalo, NY, twenty years or so before I was born. Back when the title "heavyweight champion of the world" meant something.
