Expansion - I took real MLB and added 6 teams. Indy, Charlotte, Portland, Montreal, San Antonio, & Vancouver. All fictional players.

The way I play OOTP is to start unemployed. Pick from among offered jobs and work my way up to a major league GM job. Well, that means managing a minor league team sooner or later. Minor league management jobs are a crap shoot. If you get a crappy team you are going to have a crappy season. But sometimes you luck out. In the OP I posted the MLB newspaper page. I'm really managing the Rio Grande Valley Giants. But what a team it is. Matty Alou, Manny Mota, Gaylord Perry, Bobby Bolin and others. Of the 28 players on my team 16 of them played in the majors in real life.

Sometimes when the team is hot the best thing you can do is stay out of their way. Sim the games and collect the wins!
