Astros punishment: Getting sent back to the NL Central where they lose their DH slot, pay a $5 million penalty and forfeit 2020 and 2021 1st and 2nd round picks.

Red Sox punishment: Move to Tampa and forced to maintain current payroll through 2022. Loss of 1st and 3rd round picks through 2022 and $5 million penalty.

Firstly it's no surprise, I'm betting it's the tip of the iceberg. However I'm certain teams have TVs in there lockeroom the question is are they allowed to watch game feeds? Reason I ask is, the commentators are always looking for signs on what the next pitch is if they are allowed game feeds in locker rooms I'm not seeing a massive difference, a difference yes but your still watching angles and such you wouldn't get from the dugout.

They'll probably escape scrutiny but the bad teams could very well be cheating too.

Baseball would like nothing more than for this whole story to go away. I’m feeling pretty confident that nothing is going to happen to anyone.

1. Take away the WS titles.

2. Replay the post season using OOTP to determine the champion.

They already played out those seasons in OOTP. The same teams still won without stealing signs.

Wow. Same results mean OOTP built sign stealing into the game. Congratulations to the developers that they didn't get caught.

The Red Sox were caught in 2017 - then hired Alex Cora to better disguise it -

The MLB investigation found the Red Sox would have an off-field person watching a camera feed of the catcher. He would then contact the dug-out via the Apple Watch, and that signal would be passed on from the dug-out to the batter.
*** reported after a 3 game series against the Yankees in September 2017 -- so are Red Sox REPEAT violators ?
