help!
i just read the new message, so hear goes:
System info: Pentium 3 866 MHZ, 80% free out of a total 384 MB of Ram, running Windows 2000. Nvidia Riva TNT2 model64/model 64 pro graphics card. Um, the league thing I am having problems with is called the CLWB? I am just a member of it...... http://www.clwbaseball.com/league/. There's the link, if it helps at all, im cleveland Ok, to the problem. I open OOTP3 fine, but when I go to play a few of my actualy games on the schedule to test things out, it crashes. The Error Message i receive is " ootp3 has caused a fault in ootp3.exe, it will be terminated. I have tried to run my screen on 1024 768 resolution, it worked for one game, then stopped. I messed around w/ turning on direct 3d and off, once again, one game and it stopped working. What should I do to make it consistently run the way it is supposed too, without crashes? First thing you should do is make sure your league folder (clw.lg or whatever it might be called) has the following subfolders inside it.
BOX NEWS EXPIMP LOGOS If it crashes immediately after the game is finished it sounds like you are missing either the Box or News folder. edit - I just dloaded your league file. It does not include the BOX folder. If you make a folder called BOX inside the .lg folder you should be fine. [ December 29, 2001: Message edited by: Tiger Fan ]

I just looked and, since I started the new season, I have all 4 of those folders. Just tried it this morning, crashed right before I was about to play. At the screen where it has the 2 team's and where you can select the game speed and stuff. Ahhhhh

Could injuries to other teams be causing lineup problems?
You said it occurs after you play a few games. If all other teams are set to human control then you need to check their lineups after each day and fill in for any injured players in the rotation and batting order. If the batting order or rotation is incomplete and you go to sim a game OOTP can crash.
