Can't Download File for Online League

Ever since I installed the most recent hotfix, I get an error when I try to download the new file for one of my online leagues. This doesn't happen for all of my leagues, nor does it happen every time there's a new file. But it only happens for one of my leagues. Any help?!?!?

Has your league commissioner done the update??

That might be the problem.

The file takes a loooooooong time to download, gets to 96%, then I get this error.

Yes, he's done the update, as has everyone else in the league.

Could be then a bug in the file.....i can't suggest ideas there...my commissioner had to roll back our league, but I don't know how he did it.

Follow-up: I tried downloading again this morning without changing anything and not only did it download just fine, it downloaded super fast. Any thoughts?!?

I believe the main server was updated or something along that idea.
