This the box score for the All Star Game.

3 Betts
2 Trouts
2 Freemans
2 Martinez

The box score looked strange 8 different batters were in the first 4 spots in the order but that was only 4 different players.

Funniest all-star game box score I saw was one where Mookie Betts was pinch hit for by Mookie Betts who was then substituted defensively by Mookie Betts. The 2nd Betts pinch hit because the first had played his allotted time (I think), and the 2nd Betts was then replaced by a Betts who had a higher defensive rating at the position they were playing (not his primary position, so each of the three Betts had different ratings). It all made sense and yet looks very odd when you see it.

My all-star game has 3 Bryce Harpers for RF. Mine's bringing up the rear obviously, but theirs are smoking the ball. 3 same Harper cards. Mine has 2.6 WAR, they have 5.0 and 5.6 respectively...sheez

Yeah, the All Star game is a bit bogus, LOL. I appreciate the achievement points and the break in the season - but the game itself doesn't mean much.

5 Doolittles is the most ive seen for a player. There really isnt a great way around it particularly, if you have the same player getting selected in different positions - for example I have seen betts and trout selected as both starters for different OF positions. Or you have doolittle as a closer, backup closer, and then multiple non-closer relievers.

Wow. I cant get my AI manager to pinch hit in obvious lefty/righty advantage scenarios even with my strategy settings maxed out, and here they've got players pinch hitting for themselves.

That's the thing about the all star game, They are the same players.

In the regular seasons you get the following:

W - Brown

L - Brown

P.O.T.G. - Brown

I almost prefer a fictional PT with player with different names, but with similar ratings.
