Starters win with less than 5 innings

Starting pitchers who throw less than 5 innings are credited with a win. I have 4 endurance pitcher whom I have tried as a starter for a season. He was credited with several wins while pitching fewer than 5 innings.

PC - Windows Vista
OOTP 10.2.16
Playing MLB Quickstart that came with version 10.2.15
