Hall Of Fame Starting Pitchers(And Others) Importing as relief men

Steve Carlton,Dizzy Dean,Smokey Joe Wood,Ron Guidry,and numerous other pitchers who were starters in real life are being relegated to relief pitchers in OOTP because they are importing with only two pitches.I had logged a bug for this in beta,and it was seemingly fixed.Unfortunately,its back again,and with all of the same exact pitchers.
