Help! season end not recognized

I am playing OOTP 13, just finished my 2nd season, 2013. I had started season before realizing scheduled was messed up, only 150 or so games on schedule. Played season out, thru World Series but the game doesn't recognize end of playoffs or season champs. I want to carry on, see individual awards and move on with the post season. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.

Here we go again...

It's a bit different since we're dealing with OOTP13 and not 14, but it's basically the same bug. League evolution edited the schedule length, Astros moved to the AL and screwed up the schedule algorithm, and you're stuck with teams playing only 150 games.

EDIT: Seriously, I'm getting sick of explaining this bug.
