Pitchers Charged with Endurance even when Game Crashes

The most annoying and useless bug ever.

My game crashes and all results are lost EXCEPT....my SP's pitches thrown. Completely ruins the game. There is no way to reset endurance.

Is this the "one day" bug?

Where if the game crashes, the game treats pitches thrown yesterday as thrown today (i.e. yesterday's starter has 100 pitches "today")?

It can be worked around by saving BEFORE you play your game that day, assuming you save every day during the season. Auto-save once as the day advances, save manually right after that and the bug won't appear.

But yeah, this is one of my HUGE pet peeves, because of the endurance hit - I have to push all my pitchers back a day.

I'll flag this up for Markus, but the number of pitches a pitcher has thrown is stored in the players.dat file and thus will only get updated when the game is saved. If the game crashes, it won't be getting saved, so I don't see where this pitch count is coming from. I'll try to replicate the issue.
