Sim Options? Logs disabled?

I tried clicking on a game log in my Sim League, but it said the option of "logs" was disabled, and I should go to "Sim Options" to turn it back on. Any clue where I can find sim options? Thanks

On the schedule screen under the simulate option (last one on both counts).

You go to the schedule screen and there should be a drop down "Simulate" and under there there is "Sim Options"
