Looking for lahman-type database

Sean Lahman has a great database which lists every MLB player, along with their debut year and last year. However, the debut year listed is their MLB debut year. I also looked at OOTP's roster export, which lists a player's MLB years of service AND also lists their number of pro years. I am looking for a file or database that combines both of these data sets: a list of all MLB players, with their PRO debut year. For example, Andre Dawson's MLB debut year is 1976, but his Pro debut year is 1975. I could, I suppose, create every single OOTP season, run a roster export, combine ALL of those files into one database, remove duplicates, and I'd have my data. However, if it already exists, why recreate it?

Why I am looking for this is because it seems like if you select Random Players from All Eras for your rookie draft methodology, OOTP presents the player in their first year of MLB service. For an example, I have a league where Ted Williams was a recent rookie. He is listed as 19, but by the time the season ends he will be 20 (his 1st MLB year). I would prefer to have him be draft-eligible at 17, which is his age for his 1st PRO season. If anyone knows of a database that lists all MLB players with their PRO debut year, I would really appreciate a share or link. Thanks!
