New 2020 MLB ST hats
Yeah...I usually like the merch that MLB comes up with (or the manufacturer does), but I'm not digging these. The Jays, Yanks and Dodgers aren't too bad, but they seem too busy and cluttered visually. Would like to hear your opinions. They are different.

That is an awful Detroit cap. Hard pass.

Ok found them on a different site, imo Baltimore, San Diego, Minnesota and Detroit are way too busy. I dont like the Rockies one although along with Arizonas I dont like there normal logos anyway, the others are ok, not great but ok.

So what determines whether a team gets a curved brim or a flat brim hat? Because, as popular as the latter may be in some crowds, it reminds me of the kind of hat that I wore as a kid and for which I was teased unmercifully. Never will a flat brim hat ever appear on this head again.

Trying to find a picture of the flat-brimmed hat that tormented me as a kid . . . I guess it was similar to this one (which is available to Detroit Red Wing fans). The expression on the mannequin's face tells the story . . .

The idea of these hats don't sound bad through the mouth..."Hey, what about a team's additional logo or city identity inside the main logo?!"
But, once it was made,.......diiidn't quite work out so good. I think my favorite was the Blue Jays. The bird kinda peeking through the leaf is neat. |

Twins and Jays might be the only two I find "okay."

I'm not a Twins fan in the slightest, but that is a sharp looking hat.

No one knows how to peak a hat anymore either. I used close pins overnight back in the day.

Houston, Tampa Bay, and Toronto seem to look the best of the bunch shown, with or without the side logos for the caps. Possibly Detroit, Seattle, and Texas may work sufficiently well, but only by slim margins, if so. As for the rest of those shown caps, they all seriously need to be scrapped immediately and reworked, I think, in order to look somewhat better than they do now.
Am a Cardinals fan, but the front logo for their cap doesn't work well, and doesn't look too good in my view here. Feel free to disagree or not with me as you like, but this is just how I feel at present about the newly-shown caps that have now been mentioned on sportslogos, net. CD out.
