Minor League Stats

Hey guys,

I am fairly new to OOTP and had a question about the minor leagues. So It seems that my stats for the minor league leagues are much lower than normal (by normal I mean stats you would see in the Minors in real life). I am assuming it's because the simulation engine is factoring in their ratings as not being up to the MLB level and it's causing less Homeruns, etc.

Is anyone else seeing this and if so, is there a workaround to increase hitting in the minor levels?

same fix if you see similar things in your ML-level.

got to:
League Settings -> Stats and AI tab
Select minor league from drop-down.
before season starts, a button is visible: "autocalculate modifiers" or something akin to that. click it sometime near opening day for that league. preferably after that AI has set up all the MiL stuff or at least that league..

click that when you see something or at most 3-5 years. don't click it each year. don't use the 'force' engine checkbox as it will make the game move at a crawl pace. both will cause flat yearly results - the latter much worse than the former.

once you have shifted to fictional players instead of real mlb and real amatuers, you won't have to click much... maybe just adjust one that is resulting in an odd # of that particular stat etc.
