expanded roster not working

mkgasson Bat Boy Join Date: Mar 2017 Posts: 2	expanded roster not working in the rules section, I secondary and expanded roster sizes set to 40, with active roster set to 25. Roster expansion date is 9-1-17. I'm not able to add a 26th player to the roster on 9-1 or 9-2. The only way I can expand the roster is to change the active roster size.
