I'm spreading the word, folks! Will be getting anxious for the game by the time spring training rolls around.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

I saw a homeless surfer do this about 15 years ago in southern California. He stood on top of a Hamburger Henry's restaurant to protest it going out of business. At least 5 cop cars showed up along with three news helicopters. They finally talked him down after a few hours. All he wore was a poncho and sandals and he held up a sign saying something to the effect that they were taking away his "soup kitchen". I think he used to get free food from them every once in a while.

I'll be sure to help spread the word. Ive done a piece on OOTPB 13, so I'll add an extra bit about both FHM and OOTPB 14, or I might just do a new one for both

You can check it out here for the 13 version What is Out of the Park Baseball?

My cousin wasn't making any kind of statement. He was just totally drunk. He said he couldn't even remember taking his clothes off. But he sure remembered waking up in jail the next day. And all of the community service time the judge gave him.

I'm still here. I deal with the media and also handle our marketing via Twitter. Facebook, and other outlets. In addition, I write our newsletters and press releases, write the "Tales From the OOTP Multi-Verse" articles, and so forth.

However, I'm not one of the full-timers at the company. I'm part-time.

You can add Professional Wrestler Steve Corino to the list of notable people in the sports (entertainment) world that loves OOTP. He's been plugging OOTP13 on his blog and on twitter

Yes, Steve Corino has become a huge fan after discovering our game last Thanksgiving. Pat Neshek, who currently pitches for the A's, is a fan too; he started playing last summer. And Curt Schilling still loves us. All three of those guys have talked us up and been very supportive. In return, I try to do whatever I can for them, including getting them preview copies of new versions.

One thing I forgot to mention earlier: If you have a blog and want to join our affiliate program, drop me a line. Same if you know anyone with a blog (or news site or whatever; it doesn't have to be a blog) who might want to sign up. You get 10% of all sales of the game generated through the affiliate link, so it's a nice incentive for people with high traffic sites to push the game a bit. I've signed up several bloggers, as well as Steve Corino, who has an affiliate link on his blog.
