Thumbs up New Feature I Want

I've had a blast playing franchise hockey manager 5 and 6 (pretty new fan) and have logged 300 hours already, I like to spend a lot of time creating custom leagues or alternate history scenarios, so seeing as a new update just came out I'd like to post my list of changes or features I'd like to see in future updates/games

-Expanded playoff format ro24, ro32, ro48, ro64 (would have to adjust the schedule a bit to fit in the extra rounds)

-Adjustable frequency of injuries (you can completely disable them but sometimes I'd like to be able to turn them down not completely off)

-Separate the RD and LD on the depth chart

-Up to 90 game schedule (same as expanded playoff format would have to adjust the frequency of regular-season games to fit them in, picked 90 because you can have a 90 team league in custom games, enough to play everyone once)

-Coach only mode

-Be able to shortlist while unemployed (good for commissioner)

-Be able to add a rival league (add a rival league and have options for exhibition games, and league merger)

-Up conference divisions from 3 to 4, a total of 8 possible divisions would be nice for bigger leagues combined with expanded playoff format and 90 game schedule

Add whatever else you'd like to see added to future updates

I'd like to see regular season schedule options higher than 90 even, would also be nice to be able to expand or contract the pre-season length.

I agree on having more playoff format options, it feels fairly limited right now if you don't want a 8 or 16 team playoffs.

More trade market info:
Specific team wants and needs screens (EHM has nailed this imo, a similar/improved approach would add a lot to the game imo.

Overhauling the trade system for sure. I mean, it's okay as is, but more feedback on what the other team is looking for (not just positions, but value) and if they decline a trade, why they don't like what you proposed (as well as counter offers), would go a long way in making the game better and more immersive.

Also, more positions in your staff. Official head scout, assistant GM, etc.

Speaking of staff, it would be cool if, once a GM and/or coach is fired, that the team doesn't automatically hire new people. It could happen once in a while, but it'd be cool if teams mostly hired (or promoted) interim people and took their time to hire the permanent staff. It's be pretty cool if a team asks to interview your assistant coach (and likewise, to interview another team's assistant).
