Relief appearance not recorded in games pitched

Look at these screenshots. Lefty Stewart clearly just appeared as a reliever in the Tigers latest game, but his stat line shows 11 appearances/11 starts. When you check his game log, it shows that he has appeared in 12 regular season games.

What gives? This is very concerning.

Did this stat glitch happen to any of the other pitchers who played in this game?

I am wondering if the suspended game due to rain and replay/make-up game caused a glitch of this stat?
Did he start in the game that was suspended due to rain?
