T&A San Marino roster management

Every year in every save I start I get the notification that T&A San Marino of the Italian Baseball League doesn't have enough players to field a team.

They always have enough in their reserve roster and when I go into commissioner mode to move them over, the game still can't complete the game and they go back to the reserve roster.

I usually have to fill the team up with fictional players, but in my most recent save it didn't work, so I just deleted the team and everything worked out fine from there.

How can I permanently fix this?

If you change the team's nationality to Italian or if you change the roster limits for the whole league to use league nationality and not team nationality, either should fix this.

I'd thought this was how things were setup by default but there may've been a bug somewhere, so we can try and check on that and change it in the default setup in a future patch as well.
