Player Skill Ratings Disappeared

Somehow, over the past week, my OOTP 22 player skill ratings have disappeared. They're basically just the gray bar with no skill rating present, so I'm unable to view what a player's contact, gap power, etc. are for all players. I'm not sure the root cause and I've gone back to OOTP 21 and all skill ratings are visible there.

I apologize if somehow I've just managed to flip a setting and been unable to find it again. I've tried fixing this through uninstalls and deleting local files only to have the issue persist after reinstalls. I've gone through this process several times before finally deciding to reach out.

I'm playing through Steam on a PC with Windows 10. I've updated my graphics drivers on an AMD Radeon RX580.

I've attached a screenshot to show what I'm describing. Thanks in advance for any help.

If you go to your manager settings, there's a setting there for ratings scale. It likely got set to None accidentally. You should be able to return it to the 1-100 scale there.

Thanks for your assistance, the ratings scale was indeed set to None and I've changed it back to 1 to 100. This definitely helps, but the visualization is still off, as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Thanks again for your help.

I think in the settings popup from the main screen there is an option about disabling the ratings bars. You should be able to reset there.
