Live Start Playoffs?

If I wait until mid October to start a Live Start will it also have the playoff matchups and results up to date?

No, the live start will not work by default in the playoffs, It should end up with the matchups to the end of the season (probably not including any tiebreak games either if MLB happens to need any).

Is there a way to use the live start without the records? Such as the stats/ratings for the end of the season but starting at the beginning of the season?
