License problem

I had to format my hard drive and was not able to remove the license. Now I can't reinstate it because it says I am out of license.

I left a private message to one of the programmers and he said I had to sent a message to Lukas... I did.. but the board is not letting me post.. I can't access the support page as it says my log in is wrong or the password is wrong.

I have a team in the playoffs in 19 and 20, would love to access them today!!
