PK% Bug

Not sure if this is only happening in my old saved game, but is anybody else still getting the bug where whenever there is a penalty it lists your PK% (and the AIs) as always close to 100%? The PP% seems to be working just fine.

On the in-game popup, right? Looks like there's something wrong there, I think it's calculating it from the wrong numbers, possibly using SHG (or SHGA). We'll get that fixed.
