Development/Aging theory

I just ran a couple tests with TCR at 145 but development and aging at 1, the # of older players was fine but the # of younger players was just a tad too old imo, so i figure "ill just increase development, maybe lower aging just a tiny bit" and i then think that might cuz an overflow of MLB-ready players. But... maybe thats what we want?

I mean, if i did that, would those younger players basically just push the below average older players out and free up space in the minors?

If youre using MiLB roster limits you always have to be wary about bottlenecks and players not moving up quickly enough... But, maybe the solution is increasing development so you have those players that are ready at 19-20 that push out the old players and keep space in the minors free?

Im probably missing something but this might be something that warrants further testing.
