Benny Mueller was drafted first overall and signed quickly with the Expos. He has elite range in centerfield and tons of power potential.


Dexter Rivera was the first high schooler off the board. He has balance on offense and good speed but may end up at second base instead of shortstop.


The first pitcher was Australian Ryker Parker who was originally drafted by the Phillies out of high school but chose instead to attend the University of Kentucky.

Jake McCallister, SS

McCallister was a doubles machine and slick-fielding shortstop for the better part of a decade. He was still able to hold onto some value into his mid-to-late 30s, even putting up a 3 WAR season at age 37. He finished second all-time for shortstops in doubles, just between Lester Taylor and Matthew Jiles. His overall value was just around Dodger great Jiles as well.
