PTCS 8 Roster and Position Eligibility Bugs

The rosters were bugged and incorrect for the PTCS Daily PD - Period 8 tournament. After checking my roster about 2 hours before tournament start, my team changed and included gold/ silver players on it (even though the rosters should have been all perfect cards). Then closer to tournament start, my roster adjusted to the correct perfect cards, however 3 pitchers were not eligible to pitch and were only eligible for other positions (Johan Santana LF only, Nap Rucker 3B only, and Kevin Gausman 1B only). Clearing cache and restarting did not resolve this issue. I'm having issues attaching screenshots to this post however can provide them separately. Also if it helps narrow down problem, my username is mdziedzic and team is Nova Wildcats.

Hey mdziedzic,

Apologies for the late reply to this thread. Were you able to resolve the issue with those 3 players? You can go into the player strategies for players that you find that issue with and use the two-way player option to allow you to change their position back to what it should be. Not the easiest fix but it will allow you to correct that issue and make sure that pitchers aren't set as batters. Just make sure the player strategy has two-way player checked on, change their position to what you need it to be, and then uncheck the two-way player option to make that change stick. Then after that just resubmit your roster and that should get that fixed to our server side.

Thanks for your help and for responding Alex! I was not able to fix this during the tournament but will keep this in mind going forward to fix the issue if it happens again.
