Historic League with Fictional Players?
Is it possible to play historically with 100% fictional players? I want to be able to start in 1901 and play through the years and have everything be as realistic as possible as far as how the leagues are set up, the expected stats rates, financials, etc., except for the players. No Babe Ruth. Nobody. 100% fictional players. In the first year and every year after.
I think that I figured out how to do this but wanted to see if I'm missing a step. As far as the first year goes, I do the following ... Clear Rosters ... Delete All Free Agents ... Fill Teams With Fictional Players. To ensure that all future players are fictional, I go to ... Game Settings - League Settings - Historical ... uncheck Automatically import historical rookies. Is that all that I would need to do to have a 100% fictional playing world through the years as far as the players go amidst an accurate setup of teams, leagues, etc.? |
