Mass delete of retired players

There is probably an obvious way to do this that I am missing of course....

I have a fictional league where I simmed out a bunch of years to make sure the settings were working properly (and to get rid of initially created players). I am now ready to actually "start" playing and deleted the league history. However, this obviously does not delete all the retired players, and when I do a player search for a relatively common name I get a bunch of retired players. Before I actually start playing I want to delete all those players because in this reality they never actually existed.

Is there an easy way to do that?

Go to your FA page, click on "Find A Player", then click on MLB Player List.


Use the boxes to include retired players and minor leaguers if so desired. (red underline)


Use the mass select option (red box)


Right click on any player, select "delete players"


Poof, they're gone.

If you just want retired players, this will be easier.


Go to league history section, click on players Tab, then Retired Players.


Mass select all and delete.
