OOTP Meet-and-Greet in NYC on 5/31/13!

Hi Everyone:

Markus, Andreas, Sebastian, Daniela, and I will be in New York City on May 31, 2013 and want to do a meet-and-greet with everyone. We'll be in the midtown area, on 11th Ave. between 51st and 52nd Streets, and we'd love to see everyone there.

The time will be 5 PM. The location is still to be announced and will depend on how many people RSVP over the next couple weeks.

If you have a suggestion for a place where we can meet (hopefully someplace not too expensive that will also let a large group mingle and be able to hear each other), please post it here or PM me.

For several years we've been in ny for memorial day but not this year. Have fun!

I'll be curious to see where you end up... Kind of far on the west side!

I suppose there's no chance of moving this to Saturday? It seems it would make it much easier for more people to attend.

An update: We're hoping to offer appetizers, and we'll likely spring for one drink per person. Right now, we have 29 people who have RSVPd at the meet-up, so please RSVP if you haven't done so already. Thanks.

We've chosen a location for the Meet-Up:

If you're going to attend but haven't RSVPd yet, please do so as soon as you can, so we have an accurate headcount.

Food will consist of appetizer-type fare. We'll pay for one drink per person and will give out drink tickets at the door.

Please check in with me, Brad Cook, when you arrive. I will have name tags for everyone to fill out, and I'll be wearing one too, so you'll know who I am.
