Questions on player search and adding player pics

I have two questions I hope somebody can help me with:

1) Is there a way to do a general search across all leagues to find fitting players, i.e. searching for certain attributes, e.g. face offs?
2) How do I make players' pictures show up in the game? I downloaded a big face pack and copied them to the folder where it says in the readme file that it is the right place to put them, but they don't show up in the game.

1- You would need to do some scouting first so you can see the ratings for enough players. Then you can just go to the player search screen, change the view to defensive ratings, and sort by the Faceoff rating.

2- If you've already started the game, you need to copy the pictures into the same directory in your save folder. Having them in the quickstart will only affect new games.
